HFAN-04.0.4: Jitter in Digital Communication Systems, Part 2

Abstract: The purpose of this application note is to answer the question, "So now that we know what jitter is, why should I care?" To answer this question, we will explore some of the ways that jitter causes bit errors in the clock and data recovery (CDR) section of digital communication systems.
