APPLICATION NOTE 992

Tech Brief 38: Using Programmable Delay Lines

Abstract: The DS1021, DS1020, DS1023, DS1123, and DS1045 are all-silicon delay lines which can be controlled, either via serial or parallel interfaces, to adjust signal timing in digital systems. These devices can be either hardwired to a fixed delay output or interfaced as a slave device to a microcontroller for dynamic delay timing changes. Single dual delay lines are available for controlling relational phases between multiple signals.
