1-Wire® RFID Alternatives

A Contact Based Alternative to RFID

The feature set and implementation simplicity of 1-Wire memory products provide an attractive alternative to RFID devices or solutions in a range of end applications. Each 1-Wire device is factory programmed with a unique 64-bit ROM value and multiple device types provide options on memory type, density, security and durability. The single contact 1-Wire interface can be easily implemented from a spare controller port pin making the implementation cost minimal.
