Industry's Smallest 3 1/2- and 4 1/2-Digit ADCs with LED or LCD Display Drivers
These highly integrated 3.5- and 4.5-Digit Sigma Delta ADCs with on-chip triplexed LCD or LED display drivers represent a new family of panel meter products which replaces the aging panel meter ICs based on integrating ADCs. These new parts eliminate the requirement for the precision integrating and auto-zeroing capacitor. An on-chip oscillator, internal 2.048V reference (20ppm/°C typical) and charge pump completes the single-chip panel meter solution provides > 100dB of 50Hz/60Hz noise rejection, > 1G input impedance while consuming only 900µA (typ) using a single +2.7V to +5.25V supply.
